I am currently dealing with a situation where my credit card processor (Worldpay) inadvertently double posted credit card receipts from several days’ transactions. I am working diligently to rectify this situation and have been assured that it will be resolved in a timely manner.
This is something that was done that I had no control over. My credit card processor recently went through a change in ownership and has not had a smooth transition. I am not the only business that this has happened too. Just how large the problem is I’m not sure. Just like yourself, I am at the mercy of the credit card industry.
If you’ve been affected by this problem, let me assure you I understand your frustration and am doing everything I can to get all double charges reversed. I have also taken steps to ensure that this doesn’t happen again. I ask for your patience and understanding during this process.
